As Vice President and Senior Credit Underwriter of Cogent’s Public Finance team, John helps provide financing to municipalities domiciled in the U.S., which include but are not limited to states, local governments (town, cities, villages, school districts, etc.), universities, colleges, and certain not-for-profit entities. Financing is provided through various loan and lease structures, which are dictated by State and Federal laws.
For John, the most satisfying part of his job is helping people advance their careers and achieve their goals. John’s advice for prospective clients is:
