Radha is based out of our Jacksonville Banking Center. She is a graduate of Jacksonville University and has 30 years of banking experience in a variety of roles, making Radha a very well-rounded banker. At Cogent, she specializes in relationship banking which includes gathering operating depository accounts and providing Cash Management Services, commercial loans and lines of credit, as well as commercial real estate loans.
For Radha, the most rewarding part of her job is helping a client fulfill their dream, whether that is to buy a piece of equipment or get into their dream office space. As a business owner, it can be scary to think about how to keep succeeding and make payroll. If I can take a major part of their stress away, it’s very satisfying.
Radha’s advice for prospective customers is:
“Make sure your credit is good. Be transparent with your banker including disclosing any financial challenges or prior setbacks in the business, and make sure you are showing a profit in the business that can repay a debt. Also, make sure you have a good CPA and attorney.”
A longtime resident of Atlantic Beach, Radha is married and has two adult daughters. She has served on many local boards and is a member of Jacksonville Business Professionals. In her free time, Radha loves to be outdoors playing tennis, biking, hiking, or just walking the beach collecting shark teeth.
