Charissa brings to 23 years of banking experience, including 10 years experience as a lender, to her role as an Association Banking lending officer and commercial relationship manager, specializing in serving area HOAs, Condo Associations, and other Community Associations. You can find Charissa at our Winter Park Banking Center. With a Bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Central Florida, as well as memberships with Athena International and the Community Associations Institute of Central Florida, Charissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work at Cogent.
Charissa finds great satisfaction in helping business owners make their visions come to fruition. In her leisure time, Charissa is an avid reader of fiction and nonfiction. She loves to stay active by going on walks with her toy poodle, Cooper, and is a yoga enthusiast and Pure Barre Member—attending a class at least four times a week! She serves as treasurer for our local Meals on Wheels, and you can find her delivering meals every Monday.
