Cogent Bank receives highest award from Florida Community Association Journal

Cogent Bank received the prestigious 2022 Diamond Level award in the financial category from the Florida Community Association Journal (FLCAJ) and its Readers’ Choice award program.

The annual FLCAJ Readers’ Choice Awards (now in its ninth year) is a unique recognition program that allows readers to vote for community service providers that demonstrate exemplary service, reliability and integrity. The 2022 awards received over 10,000 ballots cast, with Cogent receiving the top recognition in the financial category.

According to FLCAJ, Cogent’s award honors its commitment to serving the needs of community association and property management clients with comprehensive products and services. The bank’s innovative treasury management and homeowner association payment systems are designed to lower costs, improve efficiency and enhance cash flow while providing effective control of funds.

“We’re honored to receive this incredible recognition from the Florida Community Association Journal and its readership,” says Lee Hanna, CEO of Cogent Bank. “Our team is proud to work with numerous clients within the community association industry and this is a great testament to their dedication and commitment, and a job well done.”

The award also follows a strong year of growth for Cogent in 2021 with its expansion to eight locations in Florida and hiring more than 60 associates. In addition, the bank recently announced it surpassed $1 billion in assets.
